El wifi funciona muy bien pero como ese piso siendo interior la conexión telefónica no es posible y la mayoría del tiempo el móvil indica "sin servicio" - Sino todo perfecto y siempre contento de residir en ese piso o el chueca VI estando en Madrid !
La verdad mi experiencia en Huertas 4 ha sido muy buena. Si tuviese q poner alguna sugerencia pues q equipe con una sartén algo más grande y un exprimidor de naranja. Pero todo ha sido excelente. Felicidades y gracias.

Отличное расположение, тихий район в 5 мин от метро (La latina) и в 15 мин от центра (Puerta del Sol). Апартаменты оборудованы всем необходимым (TV, микроволновка, плита, холодильник, тостер, чайник и т.п). Очень чисто, уютно, но очень маленькая ванная комната - не развернуться. Окна практически отсутствуют-только 2 маленьких мансардных). Особое спасибо Роксане за теплый прием и помощь по любым вопросам. Muchas gracias a Roxana. Hasta luego. From Russia with love

I spent a week in Gran Via 7 in November. The apartment is in a totally new building, yet in the centre of Malasaña. It is on a high floor and facing the south so sun was entering the living room whole day. The bedroom was super-quiet and I had really good sleep. Staff was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you, will come back again!
Everything was great- but it would have been nice if we each had one more towel, another blanket for the bed would have been good - a bigger bar of soap and 1 more roll of toilet paper:) otherwise it was awesome and we would def come back!

Tuve un problema con la calefacción pero me lo solucionaron de inmediato. Personal muy amable y atento, pendiente de tus necesidades. Si tuviera que volver a alquilar repetiría con ellos.
El apartamento es amplio y confortable. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca e Atocha, el museo Reina Sofía y de cafés, restaurantes, supermercado, farmacia. Sin duda, volveremos cuando viajemos nuevamente a Madrid.

Dobra lokacija, ljubazno osoblje, internet, kuhinjska oprema. sve u najboljem redu.

Lo unico que merece un comentario negarivo es la cama doble. Bastante incomoda. El resto, muy bien.
El tiempo que he estado allí he sido muy feliz.quizá la poca flexibilidad a la hora de prolongar una estancia. Si me hubieran hecho una buena oferta me habría quedado. Pero son seguros para negociar. Ahí es lo único.
We both had a great time staying at Latina XIII. Just loved the location and it's proximity to shops, attractions, bars and restaurants and the apartment had everything that we required for our 8 day stay. We also felt very secure and appreciated how quiet the apartment was, seeing as it's situated in the middle of the city. We also appreciated the professional and speedy responses to our queries from Liliana in the office and the friendly and efficient assistance from Roxana who greeted us on arrival and later solved a small problem that we had very, very quickly, though it was outside her working hours. A big thank you to you both.

La única observación es que el techo de la segunda planta es muy bajo y cuesta un poco adaptarse para no golpearse la cabeza. Todo lo demás, excelente! Fue una estancia muy agradable
Apartment was great. A little noisy on Saturday night, but I knew where it was and that was soething i was prepared to accept in order to benefit from the location, which was the area I wanted to be in. I had a great stay. Thank you, and hope to use your company again soon.
